The Rotoweld 3.0 is an advanced fully automated welding system designed to dramatically boost pipe spool productivity and quality. Welding times are roughly 1min per 1in of pipe OD for standard wall and 1.5min per 1in of pipe OD of for heavy wall. Rotoweld 3.0 Twin Bay

The Rotoweld 3.0 Twin Bay is all about efficiency and arc-on time. Make loading, unloading, grinding and aligning time losses disappear with the twin bay. Prepare your next spool on the second bay while the Rotoweld is completing a job on the first bay. This is how you’ll accomplish up to 300 dia inch in a single 10-hour shift.

Torches & Wire Feeder

Two Welding Torches, each with its own wire spools and gas shielding. One torch for root pass and one for filler passes.

Robotic Torch Arm

Self-positioning welding arm with no human interference needed. Machine vision systems allows arm to make weld adjustments in real-time.

High Torque Positioners

Minimal setup time with the self-aligned design. Positioner communicates with computer for accurate speed & position control. Working range of 3"- 42" OD pipe. 3,000lbs capacity with 50,000 lbs/in torque.

Software

Store and documents welds and weld-parameters. Welding program visible at all times with live puddle imaging. User friendly interface with minimal training and operator mode to avoid errors.
